Please take this into account when calculating your order:
- Each document that needs to be affixed with an apostille stamp is considered a separate document (for example, a diploma and a diploma supplement).
- The term for regular document processing is 40 working days.
- Mandatory payment for regular processing of each document:
- administrative fee for individuals – UAH 51.00;
- administrative fee for legal entities – UAH 85.00.
- administrative fee for individuals – UAH 51.00;
- The administrative fee is paid by a separate receipt and must be provided when submitting documents.
- Payment for express processing of documents and other services shall be made:
- for submission in the office – immediately after submission of documents;
- for remote submission – before sending the documents.
- The cost of courier (postal) delivery shall be paid by the holder of the documents independently.
The time for receiving an apostille does not include the time of sending.

Documents can be submitted in person in the Centre’s office by their holder or by other person who represents the holder’s interests (Applicant) without a notarized power of attorney.
To submit documents in our office:
1. Fill in an electronic application in advance and make a preliminary appointment (book a time of visit). Booking is available up to one month from the current date. These options become available after registering on this website and creating application in the Personal Cabinet.
Create one joint electronic application for all documents you want to submit. For example, you do not need to create different applications for a certificate/diploma and its supplement. To add each subsequent document to the application, click "Add Document".
2. Prepare the package of documents for submission according to the List.
3. Come to our office with the prepared package of documents at the booked time of reception and give it to the administrator. If there is no available time for booking, you can submit documents on a first-come, first-served basis during reception hours or beyond reception hours by using the service of additional reception.
4. After agreeing on the possible terms of processing and the way of receiving the prepared documents, you will receive an invoice for payment according to the cost of services, which must be paid on the same day.
Work with documents starts the next day after specialists of our Centre receive a complete package of documents and crediting the payment for the order to the Centre’s account.

We offer two options for submitting documents for your choice:
- Documents can be sent to us by courier and received from us in the same way. Read detailed information about the apostille without visiting the office through the Personal Cabinet.
- Documents can be submitted in person or through your representative in our office during reception hours. Reception of documents is carried out if there is a prefilled electronic application and by preliminary appointment (book a time of visit). If there is no available time for booking, you can submit documents on a first-come, first-served basis during reception hours or beyond reception hours by using the service of additional reception.
Pay attention! Work with documents starts the next day after receiving a complete package of documents, according to the list, and crediting the payment for the order to the Centre’s account (Article 253 of the Civil Code of Ukraine). The day of documents’ submission is not included in the processing period.

Dear applicants!
Documents can be submitted by the holder or by another person who represents the holder’s interests (hereinafter - the Applicant) provided that he/she has an identity document.
The given list is relevant only for submission in the office. For remote submission, the list of documents is different.
To affix an apostille, the following must be submitted:
1. Originals of educational documents, requiring an apostille, of the template prescribed by law.
2. High-quality photocopies of each document without notarization or any certification.
3. Receipt confirming payment of the administrative fee in the amount of UAH 51.00 for each document for individuals and UAH 85.00 for each document for legal entities (download the invoice);
The document and its supplement are separate documents. Certificate on obtaining secondary education and supplement to the certificate are 2 documents, Diploma and diploma supplement are 2 documents.
4.In case of exemption from payment for services – the original and a copy of the document confirming the right to exemption from payment (for document holders).
The discount is granted upon presentation of the original document confirming the affiliation to the privileged category, and in the case of providing services regarding documents whose holders belong to the privileged categories.
5. Consent to the processing of personal data from the holder and the applicant (if they are different persons) of the approved form (download the form, download the form, template for filling out the consent).
The upper part of this consent is filled out and signed by the documents’ holder, the lower part is filled out and signed by the person who represents the holder’s interests (Applicant).
In case of a change of the last name and/or first name and/or patronymic of the document’s holder, a copy of the document on the change of the last name and/or first name and/or patronymic is attached.
In case of consent to the processing of personal data is provided by parents (guardians) of a minor child (under the age of 18), a copy of the child's birth certificate (certificate of establishment of guardianship over the child) is attached.

No, it is not. An Apostille can only be issued for original documents on education and academic titles. Please note that a duplicate educational document equals to the original.

No, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine issues apostilles for public documents related to the field of education and science only. 3. What does "apostille with request/without request" mean?
A request means obtaining additional information from the institution that issued a specific document. Such information is required when issuing an apostille for documents of a certain type, and obtaining it increases the time for issuing an apostille. The need for a request is determined only by specialists during direct examination of the documents.
4. Does affixing an apostille to a certificate on complete secondary education / diploma / certificate on basic secondary education also require submission of its supplement?
The document and its supplement are two different documents. You may submit for affixing an apostille your certificate on complete secondary education / diploma / certificate on basic secondary education without or together with its supplement. It is impossible to affix an apostille to a supplement to a document without affixing an apostille to the document itself. The need to affix an apostille to the supplement depends on the specific country and the purpose of your visit. For this purpose, you are advised to find out this information at the embassy of this country or contact the educational institution where you are going to study.
5. I already have the apostille issued for certificate on complete secondary education / diploma / certificate on basic secondary education etc. Now I need an apostille for its supplement. Is it possible?
Yes, the supplement to an educational document is a separate document, and you may submit it separately. But you need to have the educational document with you when submitting its supplement for affixing an apostille. In some cases this may shorten the submission procedure duration.
6. Which language is used to fill out the special mark "Apostille"?
The special mark “Apostille” is filled out in the official language of Ukraine, Ukrainian.
7. What is the validity period of an Apostille?
An Apostille has no validity period.
8. Is the document on education required to be translated before submitted for affixing an apostille?
No, it is not. You submit your documents issued in Ukrainian. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine issues apostilles filled out in Ukrainian as well. You may later get the documents with apostille translated and the translation notarized. The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is authorized to affix an apostille to notarized translations of documents.
9. I need to specify the country for which I am applying for an apostille. Will this country be indicated in the Apostille mark?
No, it will not. Information in your application is necessary so that our specialists can clarify for you whether the Apostille certification is required for the country you are leaving for.

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine issues apostilles for any documents obtained in Ukraine and related to the field of education and science. The list of documents that require the Apostille certification may vary. It depends on the specific country and institution that is inviting you, as well as the purpose of your visit. The exact list of documents in your case may be specified either by the embassy of the country of visit, or by the educational institution where you plan to study, or by another institution inviting you.
13. Where to certify educational documents obtained in other countries?
If your educational documents obtained in another country are to be used in Ukraine, you need to submit such documents for the procedure for recognition of foreign educational documents. Documents for affixing an apostille can be submitted by any legal adult with passport, not necessarily the documents’ holder.
2. What needs to be done to submit documents for the Apostille certification?
First of all, you need to decide on the documents for which you need an apostille issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. More details about the procedure for submission in the office – Submission in Office.
3. Do I need to notarize or otherwise certify the document copies submitted together with their originals?
There is no need to certify copies of documents in any way. They are needed by specialists for further work with the documents.
4. Who can collect the documents?
- the applicant (the person who submitted the documents) if he/she provides a passport;
- another person specified by the applicant in the application during the document submission, upon provision of a passport;
- any other person with a notarized power of attorney from the applicant.
5. Do I need to have the passport of the applicant (the person who submitted the documents), if I am a proxy person?
If you are specified in the application as a proxy person authorized to collect the documents, you are required to carry your own passport and a receipt. If you are not the applicant and are not specified in the application as a proxy person, you need to provide a notarized power of attorney from the applicant, your own passport, and a receipt with the mark.

2. How to pay for an apostille without a visit?
In the case of remote submission, payment for services is made before you send the documents. Invoice will be sent by a specialist after reviewing the scanned copies of the documents and agreeing on the list of services for the application. Payment is possible both online in the Personal Cabinet using the Portmone payment system, and at any bank using an invoice generated by a specialist.
3. How to send documents? Do you cooperate with certain courier services?
You send documents by any courier service that you trust, but after going through all stages of processing the application in the Personal Cabinet.
4. How to receive prepared documents?
Remote submission does not oblige you to receive prepared documents by courier service. You determine the method of receiving them when submitting and processing the application by the operator on the website. Documents can be received both at the office during the issuance hours (for more details – Issue Procedure), and by courier. If it is not possible to pick up prepared documents at the office, our specialists will be able to organize their shipment.
5. Who pays for delivery by courier service?
Courier services are not included in the cost of our services. Delivery of documents within Ukraine is paid when sending or receiving a package of documents. In the case of international shipping, payment is made in advance. Detailed information on the return delivery of documents is provided by an operator during the processing of the application.
