As the term, your documents were submitted for, approaches, check their readiness by registration number. You can get more detailed information about the status of your documents in the Personal Cabinet if you filled out an electronic application for remote or personal submission of documents. You can also get information about the readiness of documents by phone numbers: +38044 484 64 45, +38044 484 64 95 on operating days and hours.
Please note that all terms for document processing are indicated in working days, not calendar days.
We diligently try to meet the deadlines for preparing your documents. But, in rare cases, difficult situations occur with receiving a response to the Ministry's request, which cannot be predicted in advance (reorganization or disbandment of an educational institution, disappearance or unavailability of archives, etc.). Therefore, if your documents required a request to an educational institution or other institution, before visiting the Ministry for documents, please make sure that they are ready for issuance.
In addition, due to power outages and long air alerts, there may be delays in issuing documents.
Starting from 2013, you can check the status of documents by entering the application number in the search field.
