Such information is required when issuing an apostille for documents of a certain type, and obtaining it increases the time for issuing an apostille. The need for a request is determined only by specialists during direct examination of the documents.
The document and its supplement are two different documents. You may submit for affixing an apostille your certificate on complete secondary education / diploma / certificate on basic secondary education without or together with its supplement. It is impossible to affix an apostille to a supplement to a document without affixing an apostille to the document itself. The need to affix an apostille to the supplement depends on the specific country and the purpose of your visit. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine issues apostilles for any documents obtained in Ukraine and related to the field of education and science. The list of documents that require the Apostille certification may vary. It depends on the specific country and institution that is inviting you, as well as the purpose of your visit. The exact list of documents in your case may be specified either by the embassy of the country of visit, or by the educational institution where you plan to study, or by another institution inviting you.
If your educational documents obtained in another country are to be used in Ukraine, you need to submit such documents for the procedure for recognition of foreign educational documents. Reception of documents for this procedure is carried out by the Recognition Department of the State owned company “Information and Image Centre”. In the case of remote submission, payment for services is made before you send the documents. Invoice will be sent by a specialist after reviewing the scanned copies of the documents and agreeing on the list of services for the application. Payment is possible both online in the Personal Cabinet using the Portmone payment system, and at any bank using an invoice generated by a specialist.
You send documents by any courier service that you trust, but after going through all stages of processing the application in the Personal Cabinet.
Remote submission does not oblige you to receive prepared documents by courier service. You determine the method of receiving them when submitting and processing the application by the operator on the website. Documents can be received both at the office during the issuance hours (for more details – Issue Procedure), and by courier. If it is not possible to pick up prepared documents at the office, our specialists will be able to organize their shipment.
Courier services are not included in the cost of our services. Delivery of documents within Ukraine is paid when sending or receiving a package of documents.
