Caution! In such instances, a strict protocol is followed:
- Involvement of senior management;
- Involvement of security services and law enforcement agencies.
The cost of all services is specified in the official price list, and the outcome does not depend on "additional motivation".
We are proud to have operated honestly and transparently since the very beginning of our activities!

Please note! According to part two of Article 532 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption,” a notification is subject to review if the information provided therein contains factual data indicating the possible commission of a corruption offense or related to corruption with information about a corruption or corruption-related offence, or other violations of this Law that can be verified. The submission of a knowingly false notification may have consequences as provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.

We do not refuse services without cause!
Our specialists do not have the right to refuse to accept documents if they are eligible for an Apostille.
A refusal may occur specifically in the following cases:
- The document is not eligible for certification by Apostille;
- There are irregularities in the document’s format and/or issuance;
- The issuance of the document has not been verified.
We always explain the reason for any refusal and provide guidance on how to rectify the situation.
(!)The only exception where no alternative is provided – forged or altered documents. Such documents will be seized and handed over to law enforcement agencies.
Official payment only!
You can pay for our services:
- at the cash desk or through a self-service payment terminal in the Centre’s office;
- at a banking institution;
- online payment.
Our Centre is not a budget-funded institution and does not receive financing or compensation from the State Budget of Ukraine.
All costs associated with providing services to you are funded only by revenue generated from our services.
We do not create artificial queues!
Throughout the academic year, from September to May, documents can be submitted quickly and without queues. The summer months are the peak season for our specialists due to the graduation period in Ukraine and university admissions abroad. Please note that queues are possible during this time.
We remind you that you can plan your visit in advance by booking a date and time through your Personal Cabinet.
We take all possible measures to increase our capacity during peak periods. We strongly recommend submitting your documents in advance!
