The procedure for issuing documents:

1. When the documents are ready, you will receive a corresponding SMS message to the phone number you specified in the electronic application.
2. You can check the readiness of documents:
   
   • in your Personal Cabinet;
   • in the section Issuance Procedure >> Readiness Check;
   • by phone numbers: +38 044 484 64 45, +38 044 484 64 95 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00.
3. When the documents are ready for issuance, you can receive them in accordance with the schedule at our office. Please bring your passport and a receipt with the registration number that you received when submitting the documents.

The documents can be received by:

• the applicant (the person who submitted the documents) if he/she provides a passport;
• any other person specified by the applicant in the application, upon provision of a passport;
• any other person with a notarized power of attorney from the applicant.
