Documents issue procedure:
- When the time of documents processing is close to expiration, use your registration number to find out their readiness stage in the section Readiness Check or by calling on the following numbers +38044 484 64 45, +38044 484 64 95. Inquiries are provided daily from 15.00 till 16.00, except for Saturday and Sunday.
- Come in the office hours to SE ‘Information and Image Center’ at 25, V. Chornovola St, Kyiv. Bring your passport and receipt with the registration number and mark of payment, which you had received after document submission.
The documents can be received by:
- the applicant after showing his/her passport (or the person who submitted documents);
- another person, whom the applicant indicated in the application form while submitting the document, also after presenting his/her passport;
- any person with a notarized authorization from the applicant.
